Wow!!! This is an incredible unit. Owner has not spared on remodeling. Nicest 3/3 in the building. Dropped ceiling in living room with gorgeous decorative moldings. Amazing water views and the amenities are superb: pool, tennis, exercise room, massage room and spa. Master and 2nd bedroom have amazing North views of the intracoastal and Sunny Isles Skyline. 3rd bedroom has west view. This is a corner unit with windows on the west side of the unit. This is a steal considering the amount that was put into finishing it.
