The two graphs above compare monthly price trends for waterfront and non-waterfront condominiums in South Beach. The top graph depicts median sale prices for condominiums on the water and inland whereas the graph below shows the same criteria for rented apartments. It is also important to note the size disparity between the two: the average size waterfront condominium sold during this period is 1,134 square feet versus non-waterfront merely 757 square feet.
